TRESPASS IN PURSUIT OF GAME
George William Emptage and Thomas Allman were summoned for trespassing in pursuit of game in the day time, on the previous Sunday, on land in the occupation of Henry Brookes, at Wilmington.
The charge was proved by P.C. Kitney and John Allen.
The defence was that the parties had received permission from Mr Whitehead, occupier of adjoining land at the time.
Fined 10 shillings each and costs.
